How Mintagency OÜ (Maison Mint) collects, uses and protects your data. Effective 8 September 2026.

Contact and order forms. Name, email, company, phone and message you enter. Stored in a secured database (Supabase, EU servers) and emailed to hello@mintagency.eu (Resend, EU region). For spam protection we also store your IP address and browser identifier.
Free guide sign-up. Your email to send the guide and occasional marketing updates; every email has an unsubscribe link.
Visit data. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 and the OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads) measurement pixel to understand which channels bring enquiries.
Form data is processed to answer your enquiry (pre-contractual steps, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and, for spam protection, on the basis of legitimate interest. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Only providers needed to run the site and communicate: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend and Google Workspace (email), Google (analytics and ads), OpenAI (ad measurement). Data is never sold.
Enquiries up to 3 years after the last contact, the sign-up list until you unsubscribe, analytics data for the provider's default period.
You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing and withdraw consent by writing to hello@mintagency.eu. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
